**IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR YOU?** This course offering is designed for people who: - Are interested in furthering their career in the aged care industry. - Are already employed in the aged care industry. - Can attend TAFE adobe connect sessions weekly as well as bi-monthly workshops. **SERVICES AND STUDY SUPPORT** There are additional learning and study tools available for this course, including: - Support from Course Coordinator - Support from TAFE NSW Workplace Supervisor / Assessor - Support from Educational Support Officer on Wednesdays, face to face, at Singleton Campus or via phone, Skype and email. - Work placement coordinator to organise suitable work placement opportunities.

To be eligible for government subsidised training under the Smart and Skilled program, individuals must meet personal eligibility requirements including:
  • You must live or work in NSW
  • You must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian permanent humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen. Temporary Visa Holders who are contracted NSW Apprentices / NSW Trainees may be eligible for government subsidised funding. Please contact your TAFE college/campus
  • You must be 15 years old or older
  • You must have left school
