**IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR YOU?** This course offering is designed for people who: - are working in a range of human resources management positions. Job roles could include human resources assistants, human resources coordinators, human resources administrators and payroll officers. Workplace responsibilities would be determined at a workplace level. Some smaller business may require employees to work across all aspects of human resources. In larger companies, individuals may just have responsibility for a singular aspect of human resources such as remuneration. Through work, study and life experience, ideally you will have: - good digital skills to enable you to confidently navigate through your online learning program, including online research. - good time management skills - good organisational skills to take responsibility for following the timetable and managing the study schedule **SERVICES AND STUDY SUPPORT**

To be eligible for government subsidised training under the Smart and Skilled program, individuals must meet personal eligibility requirements including:
  • You must live or work in NSW
  • You must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian permanent humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen. Temporary Visa Holders who are contracted NSW Apprentices / NSW Trainees may be eligible for government subsidised funding. Please contact your TAFE college/campus
  • You must be 15 years old or older
  • You must have left school
